Baby Girl turns 3

Juliet is still so very small.  I would refuse to believe that 3 years have already passed if I didn't have so
much hard evidence stacked before me.

4 Days before the big debut (LATE debut!)

I felt my first contraction on September 26th, in the produce dept. at Broulims.  Brett called his mom and exclaimed, "we're going to have a baby tonight!"
He jinxed us.

2 days later Juliet was born!  9 lbs, 1 oz.  Ten perfect baby toes and ten perfect baby fingers, and a headful of shockingly black hair.

4 months old, such a sweet beautiful baby!  She started sitting still long enough to get her hair done, she started loving rice cereal, and she loved being the center of attention.

8 months old she got her ears pierced.  By now she had 4 teeth, and wasn't too keen on the Water Park.

When the Juj was 10 months old we moved to Lubbock.  She was a trooper!  She has always been really flexible, one of the things we love most about her.  Here she is at 1 year old!

Baby Bensen entered her life pretty near her 18 month mark.  She loved him from the beginning, and it didn't take too long for him to warm up to her.

2 years old already?  Hard as we try, she just isn't in to dress-up.  But she loves trains and sesame street and most of all, cake!

2 and a half years old.  She is obsessed with swings!

And now she is 3.  She has been around for a meer 1/10th of my lifespan but I can't imagine life without her.

 Happy Birthday baby girl!

She is beautiful. Especially when she accidentally dials me up on Skype on the iPad and announces, "I want you Gwamma!"
